1. Return Eligibility

At Bongveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd., we take immense pride in the pristine quality of our organic herbal teas. Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, we accept returns or replacement requests only under the following specific circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, or tampered with during transit.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the item ordered.
  • The product is past its stated expiry date upon delivery.

2. Raising a Return/Refund Request

If your order meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you must raise a request within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a request, please send an email to info@bongveda.in or send a message via WhatsApp to +91 82407 14774 with your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photographic/video evidence of the damaged or incorrect package.

3. Inspection and Approval

Once your return request is received and the photographic evidence is verified by our quality assurance team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned package at our fulfillment center, the refund process will be initiated:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your bank account details or UPI ID via registered email/phone to process an electronic fund transfer within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
