1. Shipping Coverage
Bongveda Wellness Pvt. Ltd. delivers premium Ayurvedic wellness products across all major pin codes in India. We partner with highly reliable logistics providers including Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, and Ecom Express to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All orders are processed and packaged with utmost care at our fulfillment center in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and regional accessibility:
- West Bengal & Eastern India: 2 to 4 business days.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities): 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote & North-Eastern Regions: 6 to 10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
We believe in complete transparency with no hidden costs at checkout:
- Prepaid Orders above ₹499: Free Shipping across India.
- Prepaid Orders below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: An additional COD handling fee of ₹50 is charged by our courier partners regardless of the order value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email and a WhatsApp notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number and a live tracking link. You can monitor the real-time movement of your shipment directly through our website or the courier partner's portal.
6. Delayed or Missing Shipments
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, natural calamities, or regional transit delays may occasionally impact delivery times. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please report it to our customer support desk within 48 hours for immediate escalation.
